TORNADO PTS POLYTEK 2000

Fully fabricated from 2.00mm sheeting and welded. Conveyors mounted onto sprayer conveyor ring and bolted in place for easy removal if required.
When used with "hydraulic tilt" option of sprayer, this unit becomes extremely flexible in all tree crop conditions. Furthermore the top conveyor has a manual adjustment to give the operator the best combination of total usability in the orchard arena. Also, when the "hydraulic tilt" option is not wanted, the top conveyor can have a hydraulic ram fitted to give more flexibility in varying tree crop orchard conditions.
Note the extra "316 Arag" filter with flexible hose into the spray tank. This is a "bulk filling" device. All fittings are "camlock" type. This device is optional.

Note hydraulic ram. This tilts the fan conveyor ring in which the volute is mounted. This gives optimum flexibility in the field in the case of different tree heights, or sloping ground. A "must have" option on all tree crop areas.

Note the extreme of tilt. This photo shows unit at its extremes using an 8" hydraulic ram (optional). A 6" ram is usually used, thus giving slightly less travel.

Take note of the manual adjustment of the top conveyor. This is used to "fine tune" the conveyors as every orchard has different aspects involving tree height, row width, hedged rows and sloping ground.
