Many consultants are promoting the watch out for Lace bug which is becoming another important pest all growers need to be on the lookout for. We have been approached by many customers to have their air blast sprayers calibrated and readied for this pest which requires correct and efficient spray application. The thinking has changed in relation to tree spray volumes. It is apparent that spray volumes to control these pests need to be increased to allow good efficiency of the chemical used.
