The BIG NEWS for this month is our introduction of the new FACMA self propelled macadamia harvester. We will be holding 3 demonstration days in the district in April on three separate property’s over different harvesting conditions. The Fields Days will be held on the 18, 19th & 20th of April at the following locations.

• April 18th 2011 - Bruce Hawthorns Macadamia property located at 269 Alphadale Road, Alphadale.
• April 19th 2011 - Dorey & Sons Macadamia property located at Martins Lane (East), Knockrow.
• April 20th 2011 - Grays Plantation, ‘The Stockade’ , 325 Eureka Road, Clunes.

FACMA have been manufacturing nut harvesters for about 30 years and are the world leaders in nut harvesting systems. The self propelled FACMA C380S harvester has a 3.8mtr wide collection swath and is able to work in generally unprepared harvesting surfaces. We invite you to attend the field demonstrations at the venues located above. The Field Day will commence at 11.00am on each of the days nominated.
