Speed and power for the Orchardist

The Star 35 is a single piston air pruner with spring return. The most noticeable features of the Star 35 is its’ combination of power and speed. The Star 35 is rated at a speed of up to 3 cuts per second and has cutting power of 212kg pressure at the blade. This is a result of the large diameter piston and the innovative connecting rod design. The Star 35 can also be adapted to a Campagnola telescopic extension pole enabling the operator to prune as high as 5 metres above ground level. The tool also features a connecting rod protection cover that prevents rubbish and pruning debris from entering the cylinder which greatly extends the life of your pruner. The trigger is forged aluminium and is fitted with an automatic spring operated safety lever. The blade is heat treated forged steel. Because of its’ design and special features the Star 35 is an ideal tool for orchardists as well as being useful for vineyard pruners looking for extra power.

Running Requirements
Running Requirements An 18cfm compressor will comfortably supply 4 Star 35 pruners. It is recommended that hose with an inside diameter of no less than 6mm be used for lengths up to 200 metres. Hose with a 4mm inside diameter can be used for lengths less than 100 metres though 6mm is still recommended.
